Partnerships: Our Approach
We host and broker cross-sector partnerships and alliances (VCSE, public & private sectors). These are designed to empower system change related to specific community challenges, or gaps of provisions in local communities.
At Voscur we proactively seek out where these gaps of provisions may be, and reach out to collaborate with key partners to form new initiatives.
Our mission is to drive systemic transformation informed directly by the voices of the VCSE organisations we serve, enabling them to thrive and deliver impactful outcomes.
Our focus
Our priority focus is to strategically strengthen the communities that are facing the greatest disadvantage and inequalities.
- We work to building collaborative leadership models that enable co-production of pathways, innovative solutions at scale.
- Acting as an enabler of ‘joined-up’ solutions that attracts additional funding for ‘best practice’ roll out.
- Creating an independent partnership management process – through its governance, inclusive and equitable practices, advocacy.
What this achieves

Creates spaces to learn, develop and share learnings (barriers, challenges, opportunities, best practice). - Creates positive action projects and accessible pathways/services for targeted communities.

Enables smaller organisations that are communities of interest to participate in place-based systems.
