Communities of Place
The Communities of Place Network (CoP) is a Voice and Influence Network launched by Voscur in collaboration with Locality.
The network is designed to amplify the voices of VCSE organisations dedicated to specific neighbourhoods or geographic areas within Bristol.
Our goal is to unite these organisations in creating a collaborative and powerful voice to shape policies that directly impact their communities.
Through this network, members advocate for community organisations to be at the forefront of place-based decision-making, ensuring that local needs and values drive sustainable change.
What it is
This network enables members to engage in a unified approach to respond to policy developments impacting the VCSE sector.
Through regular meetings and shared resources, the Communities of Place Network creates a collaborative platform for members to address common challenges and build resilience within their communities.
