Before completing your booking, please take a moment to review our cancellation and membership policy below:

Cancellations and Transfers

• More than 2 working days’ notice: If you cancel your place with at least two working days’ notice, you will receive a full refund or credit note.

• Less than 2 working days’ notice: Cancellations made within two working days of the event are non-refundable and full fees will apply. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person.

  Note: If you transfer your ticket to someone outside your organisation, the fee may be adjusted depending on their membership status.

• Discounted places: Places offered at a discounted rate (£20 or £30) are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your place to a future course or to a colleague within your organisation.

• Rescheduling of a course: Voscur reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time. If this occurs, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative course or date.

Membership Status

Please verify your Voscur membership level before completing your booking. If an incorrect membership status is selected, you will be asked to either:

1. Apply for the corresponding membership category, or

2. Pay the remaining balance for the correct fee level via a supplementary invoice.
