The VCSE Brokerage Framework is a new system-wide approach to enable a diverse range of VCSE organisations to deliver health and wellbeing services and activities in and for local communities. This is done through investments made through the Integrated Care System (ICS) health and social care partners. Organisations must be on the Framework to make proposals for investments.
