The Trusthouse Charitable Foundation is inviting applications to its Small and Major Grants programmes, which support UK charities tackling deprivation in urban and rural communities. Small Grants range from £2,000 to £10,000 for organisations with an income under £250,000, and must support community-focused projects in areas within the bottom 15% (urban) or 50% (rural) on the Index of Multiple Deprivation. Applicants must cover 50% of project costs from other sources. Major Grants offer up to £50,000 for one year or £100,000 over three years for charities with incomes up to £500,000, and support family-related initiatives such as early intervention and help for families dealing with addiction or imprisonment. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Small Grants decisions are made within eight weeks; Major Grants have a two-stage process assessed quarterly.
