Bristol Redistro are looking for small, grassroots Bristol-based groups and projects that are aiming to create a more just, equal and sustainable world, and are led by people with first-hand experience of the issue they are working on. They support individuals, informal groups and registered groups as long as the annual income is under £10,000.
As a wealth redistribution group, they only accept applications from working class people and working class led groups. They define this as people who have experiences such as: living in social housing, insecure or bad housing; not owning a property or expecting to in future; receiving benefits; regularly worrying about covering basic living costs; not expecting to receive an inheritance and working in low paid sectors. They have supported many Global Majority, migrant, refugee, disabled and LGBTQI+ groups. Please see the full criteria.
