All welcome at youth work and music charity (no.1074524) Basement Studio's Annual General Meeting, held this year for the first time in The Snug at the new Bristol Wing YMCA Hostel. 

We'll be presenting our Annual Report and accounts for 2016/2017 and electing the Charity's officers.

Light refreshments will be provided, Trustees will be available for informal chat after the meeting with anyone interested in finding out more about who we are and what we do.

Our annual hunt to find & record the Hill's smallest inhabitants with Dawn & Rupert Higgins from Wessex Ecological Consultancy helping indentify your finds and explain why they find Troopers Hill such a great place to live. 

Afterwards stay on to view the balloons flying from Ashton Court - bring a picnic, but please remember barbecues are not permitted on Troopers Hill.
