LIMP is a voluntary community group made up of local residents; it aims to re-energise, care for and improve the green space that is known as Luckwell park. A small group of Trustees meet fortnightly and are working hard to drive through the first stage of improvements to the play area and boundaries of the space. There is a 3-year plan in development. - To listen to and represent the views and best interests of those living in Lyde Green
- To develop a community spirit and sense of pride across Lyde Green
- To help improve the local area and support its activities for those that live here
- To work together with all local partners for the benefit of Lyde Green residents.
We are negotiating with BCC to become the group to run a new build centre in Manor Farm, and engaging with our community at same time to keep them informed, running events where and when we can with the resources we have as a small entirely voluntary group

PATT Foundation currently works to campaign for better environmental practices, take action against climate change, implement small to medium tree planting projects as well as set up tree nurseries, provide environmental education. The charity also supports veterans welfare via nature based therapy courses and engagement on nature based tasks to support post traumatic growth.
