TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF DISABLED CHILDREN AND CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS (SEN) AND THEIR PARENTS, CARERS AND SIBLINGS (THE ‘BENEFICIARIES’) IN THE BRISTOL AREA BY THE PROVISION OF, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY: (A) FREE ACTIVITY SESSIONS FOR THE BENEFICIARIES IN THE COMMUNITY. (B) SIGNPOSTING THE PARENTS, CARERS AND SIBLINGS TO ORGANISATIONS THAT CAN GIVE SUPPORT AND INFORMATION
WE run community time banks across Gloucestershire and within the prisons across the south west
Families in Touch aims to provide support and short respite breaks to families with disabled children and young adults. We provide playschemes to enable parents/carers respite as well as offering coffe mornings for parents/carers and social outings - e.g. day trips, pantomime, etc. for the whole family.
Family Building Ltd. is a fashion label with an active sports (FRG: skateboarding) and low impact living (UK: self-sustainable produce and community markets) attribute.
