Stomping Ground is a Bristol-based theatre company for people of colour, fighting for better representation in the performing arts across the city and beyond. Offering workshops, group trips, and opportunities to network and perform, if you’re a person of colour looking for a way into the performing arts, then Stomping Ground is for you.
Our main activity is a citywide festival in October half-term, celebrating story-telling, books and illustration. Events are interactive, affordable and inspiring. We run a community transport service in BANES for the elderly or disabled on low incomes. SWAN's purpose is to provide a range of access and advice services aimed at alleviating need and hardship in Bath and North East Somerset and the surrounding areas. We provide transport services using volunteer drivers for the elderly or disabled on low incomes and have regular Cuppa and Chat sessions for our lonely and isolated passengers.
