A new report from Lloyds Bank Foundation has found that smaller charities in England and Wales (with an income of less than £1 million and either defined as small or medium-sized) ‘showed up’, ‘worked flexibly’ and ‘stuck around’ during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Voscur is running online surgeries as part of the Bristol Impact Fund 2. An opportunity for 1-2-1 support from Voscur Development Team members to help you get your Bristol Impact Fund application on track. We can help with issues such as project planning, budgets or baseline standards. 

Surgery slots are 30 minutes. Please specify on the booking form which time you would like to book. There are a range of time slots including some early evening sessions.

Come along for an introduction to Bristol Impact Fund, what it will fund, who it's for, and the application process.

To take part you will need a laptop with a camera, microphone, and Wi-Fi. You will not require any additional software. You will be emailed an invitation with a link to join the online training prior to the course. Voscur is running all our training online due to the ongoing public health situation with coronavirus (or COVID-19). This decision was taken in line with local and national health advice, and to safeguard the health of our attendees and staff.

YouGov has revealed detailed data about people who donate to food banks, based on its profiling research.

This helps build a picture of the average donor – their age, work status, location, and level of involvement with charitable organisations. As you might expect, food bank donors tend to be involved in charities or community groups.
