Community organisations to quiz mayor candidates at VCSE hustings

*UPDATE: 16/03/2020 - This event is now cancelled, as the mayoral election has been postponed until 2021.*

Voscur will be holding a hustings for the forthcoming Bristol mayoral election. The event is being organised in partnership with:

The hustings will take place on 24 March at the Park Centre, on Daventry Road, Knowle, Bristol. 

All four main party candidates will be taking part. They are: 

  • Samuel Williams, Conservative 
  • Sandy Hore-Ruthven, Green 
  • Marvin Rees, Labour 
  • Mary Page, Liberal Democrat 

Questions will be focused on key issues for the VCSE sector across the city, as well as the most important issues around equality and social justice.  

Places are limited, so make sure that you book your free place today.

To submit a question, please email: richard@voscur.org - the seven best questions will be used during the hustings. The audience will be provided with red and green cards to express agreement or disagreement with the candidates’ responses.
