Details of Role: 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small but growing local organisation. This is a varied role for an individual with experience in administration and finance record keeping as well as offering a warm welcome to our clients. This role will suit someone who loves organisation, has attention to detail, is happy to multi-task and is confident speaking with the public.

You will be assisting our busy Office Manager by providing general admin support. The role will also include dealing with financial systems and paperwork and helping with IT issues (liaising with our IT support providers as required).

Responsibilities will also include providing a sensitive and efficient reception service, processing financial paperwork using Quickbooks, and assisting in maintaining office systems and admin procedures. The successful applicant will be efficient, self-motivated and will take a sensitive approach with our clients.

Brigstowe is a Bristol-based HIV support charity. We support people living with HIV and other long-term health conditions in Bristol and the surrounding areas and have been doing so for nearly 30 years.
