In this role, you will be supporting us with all or some of the following tasks: • Reception tasks such as covering the reception area, handling client and visitor queries and recording information. • Administration tasks such as answering the phone, directing calls and relaying messages. • Ensuring the service is user friendly, welcoming and presentable and that clients feel supported. • Supporting staff in the project – this can be carrying out health and safety checks. • Supporting visiting agencies organise their rooms and diaries for the day. • Helping to keep the space clean and tidy and ready for people to use • Supporting service users to use technology on site • Supporting people to move around the building. • Adhering to St Mungo’s Policies and Procedures at all times. • Promoting St Mungo’s work in an appropriate manner. • Actively promoting equality, diversity and inclusion among staff, fellow volunteers and clients
