Summer Volunteering Opportunity at Aid Box Community's Free Shop

Fancy doing something practical to support in need refugees and people seeking asylum in Bristol?
Aid Box Community exists for the relief of poverty and financial hardship of refugees and asylum seekers in the UK by providing free and essential living Items. We operate out of a warm and welcoming hub, where people are free to come and ‘shop’, have a cup of tea and a chat. From here, we also promote the integration of refugees and asylum seekers through the signposting of partner services for appropriate.
ABCs Free Shop aims to provide a choice of free clothing, shoes and household items. and dignity to in need refugees and those seeking asylum in Bristol.
We are looking for:
2-3 additional volunteers each day (Mon-Fri) to join our busy Free Shop team weekly (5 hours, from 10.30am-3.30pm) throughout July and August.
