Are you a motivated, organised and proactive individual looking for an exciting opportunity to be able to make a real difference to the lives of tenants with complex needs? We have recently reset our Housing Management team, and are looking for new team members who can ensure that we are able to provide a high quality housing and property management service to Second Step tenants.

We aim to be service user centred and to give our tenants the most positive and supportive tenancy experience possible.  Most of our properties are part of the Bristol Homelessness Pathways, and we work with a range of people with complex needs.

This is a challenging role with varied work streams and many interchanging deadlines, so we are looking for someone with good organisational skills and attention to detail. Equally we are looking for someone who displays initiative, is self-motivated and is a team player.

Should you require any further information, please contact: Colette Brown, Accommodation-based Service Manager colette.brown@second-step.co.uk
