We have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated health and social care team as a farm and gardens group coordinator.

The role involves working with people with support needs, including learning disabilities, mental health and substance misuse issues and delivering our Supported Farm Placement programme.  You will be responsible for planning and delivering the groups in a safe and welcoming environment.

This role will be based outdoors and sessions will include animal care and/or a gardening focus.
