Purpose of the role

• To assist the facilitator with engagement of young and older people in various creative projects, such as nature-crafts and singing
• To inspire and facilitate intergenerational connections

What will volunteers be doing?

• Help us set up/pack down the session
• Engaging with older and younger people - supporting them in doing the activity
• Example activities: making bee hotels, making bird feeders, singing lullabies

What will the volunteers get out of it?

• A chance to work on an exciting intergen project 'STANd'.
• Engaging in enriching creative activities.
• Developing intergenerational knowledge & expanding existing understanding.
• Rewarding opportunity to work with older and younger people in the community.
• A reference, if desired, and work experience

We provide training and reimburse expenses.
