This key role supports BDP’s thriving Treatment Team, who work alongside 42 GP Practices to provide Opioid Substitution Therapy to people who have an opioid dependency.
You will be answering calls from professionals and service users, making calls to service users to arrange appointments, inputting data into our various recording systems and sharing data with the team.
This role would suit someone who can communicate effectively with a broad range of people from service users to GPs, has well-honed IT skills and has the ability to stay well organised in a fast paced environment
