Launched in Autumn 2023, Modulate is Paraorchestra’s Artist Development programme, offering a transformational range of opportunities for disabled musicians to build their skills and develop their creative practice as artists.

Modulate offers multiple and varied opportunities for disabled musicians and composers to develop their work within the cultural sector, building a new generation of future disabled cultural leaders.

The Senior Producer – Artist Development, works closely with the Programme Director and Associate Music Director, and is integral to the shaping, delivery and evaluation of this programme of work.

The postholder takes responsibility for the forward planning of Modulate and is instrumental in nurturing partnerships across the UK and internationally, to ensure that the delivery of the programmes sits at the highest level of cultural and artist development.

Delegating across the team as necessary, the role leads on the delivery of the different strands of work, recruiting experienced trainers and peers as required, and managing all related financial and operational activity.

*Our preference is for you to be based in Bristol or the surrounding areas and have an office presence at least two days per week in our central Bristol office. The role will involve some national travel.
