The position of Work Transitions Facilitator is key to helping us achieve great outcomes for our 'trainees'. You will work closely with both the Bakery team and the Work Transitions team to help uncover our trainees' career aspirations and help co-produce a job road map for each individual. The role will be varied, ranging from identifying and approaching potential employers, delivering disability confidence training, helping employers with job carving through to job coaching and travel training when needed.

We're a small team so are looking for a flexible team player with a 'can-do' attitude.

Although experience of job coaching/employment transitions work is desirable, full training will be provided. An enthusiastic approach to working with people with learning differences is a must. The role will cover Bristol, North Somerset, South Glos and BANES.
