Bristol LGBTQ+ Partnership: for community groups, charities and social enterprises - Community and collaboration

Do you volunteer with a grassroots LGBTQ+ community group? Does your charity or social enterprise provide services for the LGBTQ+ community?

Join us at the fourth Bristol LGBTQ+ Partnership event!

This event focuses on community and collaboration. Come along to meet other local LGBTQ+ groups and build connections, make partnerships, and think about new ways we can work together. 

Join us to meet new people and find out about all of the amazing groups in the LGBTQ+ Partnership. We'll be providing food and drinks including tea, sandwiches and cakes! 

We'll be joined by a range of groups, from grassroots and volunteer-led organisations to registered charities and social enterprises, all with the common purpose of serving our LGBTQ+ community in Bristol.

If you are an individual who is thinking about starting a group for the LGBTQ+ community, you are also welcome! Please do come along to meet some of the existing groups and find out what's going on in our city.

About the LGBTQ+ Partnership

The Bristol LGBTQ+ Partnership aims to support LGBTQ+ community organisations to create thriving, well-funded and cohesive services for the LGBTQ+ community locally.

The Partnership also aims to bring together LGBTQ+ VCSE (voluntary, community and social enterprise) organisations to strengthen our community by learning from each other, sharing resources, and using our collective voice.

If your organisation is working with LGBTQ+ people, this event is for you! We'll be joined by a range of groups from grassroots LGBTQ+ groups led by the community to larger charities providing services for the LGBTQ+ community.

Whether you're a volunteer putting on events for your community or an employee of a charity that supports LGBTQ+ people, we'd love for you to join us at this event.

Accessibility

Exchange has a small ramp entrance from the street. The bar and main event space are on the ground floor and they have an accessible toilet. There are accessible parking bays on the opposite side of the road and also behind the venue, about 250 meters away.

Travel

Exchange is accessible by bus, train, car and bike. Taxis will pick you up and drop you off directly in front of the venue. There is a bus stop across the road from the venue with many different routes. Central bus station is 1.1km away and Bristol Temple Meads train station is 800m away.
