This free course, delivered via Zoom, aims to increase knowledge and confidence around responding to mental health and wellbeing concerns and includes lots of practical techniques for promoting positive mental health. It covers:

  • basic mental health awareness
  • coping techniques for anxiety and low mood
  • responding skillfully to mental health concerns
  • asking about suicide if appropriate
  • signposting for further support.
