Hartcliffe and Withywood Community Partnership (HWCP) was established in 1998 to lead the regeneration and renewal of the local area. It is a limited company, with charitable status and is run by a strong board.
HWCP manages the @symes Community Building, CATT community transport service, produces a quarterly newsletter, the Wham! and delivers the Dundry View Neighbourhood Partnership.
