We are a postnatal depression support charity, run by women who have experienced and recovered from postnatal depression. We offer support calls, a helpline, mum and baby groups, student counsellors. We also offer online support and have our own facebook group. We aim to reassure mums that they are not alone in suffering from PND, and that they will recover.
