Leading Lights Education & Wellbeing is a not-for-profit social enterprise with headquarters in Bristol dedicated to innovating the delivery of key services to disadvantaged young people and their families; especially for those with mental health, social and emotional difficulties. Established in 2014, we delivered over 3,000 sessions in 2017 through our innovative not for profit model.

Limbo charity shop is a new charity shop which supports the local charity Legs4Africa. Legs4aAfrica collects prosthetic legs and mobility equipment from hospitals around the Uk which would otherwise go to landfill. Once collected we ship this equipment out to different hospitals in Africa, where it is readapted to fit the needs of local amputees.

I support individuals, teams and organisations to develop practical strategies to improve service quality and impact, and to adapt to a changing funding environment. I also undertake impact evaluations, organisational reviews, and commissioning support; and advise and support organisations who are considering merger.
