We give help and support to homeless, put them in contact with the right group to help them find accomodation, help them to settle into accomodation and sort out furnishing by applying to charities, which can offer help. We have support workers on hand for help and advise on benefit entitlement, housing benefit and any grant the client may be entitled to. Support parents with children with additional needs we meet up every friday I help fill forms, apply for schools,appeals, I do this on my own voluntary from Barton Hill, the parents that come to the group 99% are from the somalian community that are very isolated and have no support from local authority or family, I help on a daily basis if needed which I usually am even if its just for advice.
