Our main activity is a citywide festival in October half-term, celebrating story-telling, books and illustration. Events are interactive, affordable and inspiring. We also have other strands of work we want to develop - working with schools & communities; developing some innovative ideas: creating merchandise to help with income. Focusing on South Bristol this year for our 4th festival.
Studio Upstairs supports creative and personal recovery through arts practice. We run a community transport service in BANES for the elderly or disabled on low incomes. SWAN's purpose is to provide a range of access and advice services aimed at alleviating need and hardship in Bath and North East Somerset and the surrounding areas. We provide transport services using volunteer drivers for the elderly or disabled on low incomes and have regular Cuppa and Chat sessions for our lonely and isolated passengers.
Parent & Toddler Groups: Monday - Fridays (term time only) 9.45 - 11.30am - the group is ideal for children aged 0-3 years (siblings under 5 are also welcome).
