Baggator is a charity that provides programmes of informal education, skills, training and leisure activities for young people up to 25 years of age. They are based at the Pickle Factory in Easton where regular youth club sessins are held, including sports, arts and healthy eating. Baggator has recently received funding from Children in Need and the Heritage Lottery and is expanding to offer music making sessions, research into local history and use of film and photography.
BAND is an umbrella organisation which supports and develops childcare provision in and around Bristol. We provide services to childcare providers, people working with children, families and employers. As well as working locally, BAND also plays an active role in national initiatives in the fields of childcare, play provision and working parents' issues, working closely with key agencies. Bluebell is a registered charity providing services for mothers and fathers affected by pre and post-natal depression in Bristol. We provide support through therapeutic group programmes and one to one 'Buddy' support in the community.
