Learn My Way: Using the internet at beginner level

Learn My Way is a website full of beginner-level courses that teach you how to use the internet safely and confidently.

Many processes and services have moved online, such as finding a job, managing your health and accessing public services, and people without digital skills are left behind.

Learn My Way teaches practical essentials like how to use email, fill out an online form, use the NHS website, and access internet banking. There are also more advanced guides, such as video calling, online shopping and socialising over the internet. Offline computer skills, such as Microsoft Office programmes, also have their own courses.

Each course comes with a range of resources to view or download. You don't need to register for all courses - the most basic ones can be taken without registering.
