Location:
Online
Cost:
Free to attend
Organised/hosted by:

The Coronavirus pandemic has significantly increased digital exclusion in our communities, and as a result many people already experiencing inequalities are struggling to access important services and support, particularly through this lockdown period. Many VCSE organisations are working hard to help to address the issue, and many other groups are interested in providing support and/or resources. This Digital Exclusion Update will bring VCSE organisations together to:

  • Hear about the latest digital exclusion strategic developments in Bristol
  • Share your organisation’s digital exclusion areas of work or interest
  • Explore future ways of working to identify potential solutions, collaborations and secure resources
  • Keep up to date with a proposed “One City Digital exclusion Strategy” for Bristol.

Who is the course for?

Anyone involved with the VCSE sector with an interest in tackling digital exclusion. This is a free event, just book your place below.

What else do you need to know?

The session will be facilitated by Voscur’s Development Officers, with contributions from other VCSE organisations.

To take part you will need a laptop with a camera, microphone, and Wi-Fi. You will not require any additional software. You will be emailed an invitation with a link to join the online training prior to the course.
