What is this course about?

Organisations serving children and young people have a vital role during the current emergency, but finding the money to keep services going continues to be a challenge. Providing support over the summer this year is more crucial than ever, and moving from emergency to recovery at the same time could create new opportunities - or reinforce existing difficulties. There’s also the issue of longer-term sustainability - as the environment continues to change, how can we survive and thrive?

This workshop and networking session will bring together organisations to look creatively at the current funding environment and develop a practical approach to sustainability.

Who is the course for?

Senior Staff, Trustees and Directors of youth sector organisations with responsibility for income-generation and funding strategy

What else do you need to know?

Participants need to have a good understanding of their organisations current financial position and income sources.

To take part you will need a laptop with a camera, microphone, and Wi-Fi. You will not require any additional software. You will be emailed an invitation with a link to join the online training prior to the course.
