We are looking for experienced leaders across all sectors in the Bristol community to join our working group of founding trustees and help establish Smart Works in Bristol.

ABOUT SMART WORKS

Smart Works is a dynamic, high-profile and fast-growing UK charity that dresses and coaches women for interview and job success. We exist to give women the confidence they need to reach their full potential, secure employment and change the trajectory of their lives.

We are proud that after visiting Smart Works, 72% of our clients secure a job within a month. In April 2022, Smart Works launched a new and ambitious Three Year Plan that will see the charity double the number of women helped annually from 5,000 to 10,000 women by 2025.

The Smart Works service is currently delivered in Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Newcastle, Manchester and Reading. Each Smart Works centre is an independent charity, with their own Board of Trustees, reporting into the umbrella organisation of Smart Works Charity. We are delighted that Bristol will be our 12th Smart Works centre.

ABOUT THE ROLE
