We have a rare opportunity for an exceptional individual to join us as part of our treatment team’s leadership team.
Delivered in partnership with 46 GP Practices, we provide accessible place-based drug and alcohol treatment in the heart of Bristol’s communities to some of our city’s most vulnerable and marginalised citizens.
As one of the Treatment Team Leaders, you will inspire and support your team of Treatment Team Workers to achieve the best possible outcomes for the people we support, continually improving performance and nurturing our relationships with GPs. As an experienced drug and alcohol practitioner, you will bring excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills and substantial experience supervising and motivating others.
To develop, provide and support the effective delivery of the Treatment Team service.
To effectively manage and motivate your team of Treatment Team staff.
To maintain and build professional relationships with GPs and staff from other organisations within the sphere of Bristol’s drug and alcohol services.
What we are looking for:
2 years experience of working with people experiencing problems with drugs and/or alcohol.
Ability to liaise effectively with other organisations, including GPs and other health professionals.
Experience managing and motivating a team of staff.
Capacity to handle responsibility and remain enthusiastic and motivated working with people with complex needs.
