Team Leader – Domestic Abuse (Female Only)
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Location: Central Bath
Salary: £27,000.00 per annum (plus an on-call allowance)

We have a great opportunity to lead a fully motivated team of Casework Coordinators, working across our domestic abuse refuges in Bath and North East Somerset.
If you are someone who has the experience of managing refuges and/or supported housing projects, combined with the positive ability to lead, supervise and motivate staff and volunteers to excel in their roles, then this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements of the Role include:
Ensure safe and supportive, high quality housing and support is available to residents, some with their children, who are escaping medium to high risk domestic abuse
Establish effective working relationships internally and with external agencies, maximising opportunities for individuals and families and building a positive service and organisational reputation
With guidance from the Service Development Manager, ensure staff complete risk assessments for individuals/families and service activity.
With support from our Practice Educator, ensure the effective induction and ongoing support / development of students
Together with the Service Development Manager, ensure your staff feel valued and supported within a challenging, fast-paced environment
Actively seek opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency in service delivery
Be on call 1 week in 4.
