Bristol Wood Recycling Project is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator.
The Volunteer Coordinator holds primary responsibility for the elements of BWRP's business involving volunteers and volunteering. One of our four social objectives is “To enable Social Inclusion and learning through volunteering and work placement opportunities”, and this is the key responsibility of the Volunteering Coordinator.
By coordinating the Project's needs with those of its volunteers, and administrating, coordinating and developing the volunteering programme, you will ensure a positive experience for volunteers and the continuing growth of the Project itself.
We are a cooperatively run self-financing social enterprise. The job involves participation in the cooperative management of the Project. Staff are invited to become Co-op Members once they have completed their probationary period.
