Second Step is seeking highly motivated and experienced expert(s) to undertake a review of Board non-executive payments. 

About us

A leading mental health charity across the Southwest, Second Step offers support and hope to people with mental health and other problems.  Our vision is that we believe in a world where everyone affected by mental health problems can create a positive future.

We have a dynamic voluntary Board, including people with lived experience. Currently the Chair receives an honorarium.

Scope

We welcome proposals from experts who meet the criteria and encourage applications from those with experience of governance in the voluntary and/or the public sector.
