Purpose of the role: Bringing together care home residents and parents with their babies for gentle movement and singing.

Volunteers can expect a two hour session led by Morven, a qualified yoga teacher, using breathwork and gentle movement followed by singing lullaby’s. The group will be held in Beach Lawns care home with residents living there, and parents with their babies (0-6 months old.)

Tasks will include assisting the facilitator to set up and pack down a minimal set, socialising with residents and parents/babies and generally assisting the smooth running of a session. The session will be very relaxed and gentle, with lovely music and a warm atmosphere.

We reimburse travel expenses up to £10/day.
