We are looking for someone who is a natural communicator, who can use different social and creative media to get our message across to different stakeholders, whilst providing core administrative support to the team. This varied role offers a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring and multi-talented individual to develop their career in a charity that is passionate about families with young children.
Home-Start Bristol (HSB) offers free, confidential support, friendship and practical help to parents in Bristol and South Gloucestershire who are going through a challenging time and have at least one child under the age of five. We do this by training and supporting volunteers with parenting experience to visit families in their home, or at group sessions.
The Administrator – Volunteers and Marketing will proactively facilitate this work by being a central point of contact for all our volunteers and by providing key administrative and marketing support across the organisation. They will be a self-starter, well organised and committed to the cause. Experience with producing content for social media, and evaluating results, would be a distinct advantage.
