Community groups across the UK are being invited to apply for new funding to support music-making projects in deprived or marginalised areas. Grants are available for community initiatives working with people living with chronic illness, those facing financial hardship, and youth clubs providing creative opportunities outside education. Funding of up to £6,000 is available, depending on project type, with the deadline for applications set for 12 noon on 14 January 2026. Example projects include music therapy sessions, youth recording studios and mentoring schemes for young musicians. The programme is funded by Music For All under its 2025 Award Round 5 scheme.
