This network, formerly known as “Sector Leaders”, aims to bring together senior level staff working across different areas of expertise within the VCSE Sector to explore commonalities, share experience, and advocate for the sector.

This network, formerly known as “Sector Leaders”, aims to bring together senior level staff working across different areas of expertise within the VCSE Sector. We are particularly keen to involve those who represent existing networks or alliances, to get the broadest range of voices in the room.

This network will explore the commonalities shared by VCSE sector organisations working across different communities of practice (specific areas of work including but not limited to mental health, drug and alcohol recovery, children and young people, refugees, or physical activity), give a chance to share experience and learning, and work towards forming a unified voice to advocate for our sector on shared issues.

This meeting will also provide an opportunity to feed into the upcoming VCSE Forum Event (to be held on 25th September 2024), where the strengths of and challenges faced by the VCSE Sector will be discussed with the new Leader of Bristol City Council, Cllr Tony Dyer.
