Detail:

If you’ve heard of CIOs and CICs, but don’t know what they are or how different they are from current legal structures then this event is for you!

CICs are a new non-charitable legal structure introduced by Companies Legislation 2005 and CIOs are a new legal structure created by the Charities Act 2006.

Voscur has teamed up with ProHelp* to bring you an information session on how these structures could impact on your organisation. Tom Gauterin from Burges Salmon will be there to help you find out more and answer your questions.

*ProHelp is a national network of professional firms, which offers professional and strategic support, free of charge, to voluntary and community groups.
